Dear prashant,

DSS havning ferr+aus phase we know that correct.

DSS when we used for our desal project we used to control ferrirte %
in betweeen 30-80%.
becse if ferrite % increse it will impair corrosion resistance
property.

even u hve to control carbon contamination in all phse of
activities.grind while...tools n tackel..maximum protection from
carobon pickup.during welding and fabriction.

i suggest you to read practicle guideline for fabrication of
DSS(thyssen krupp).
