Dear Limesh,
The materials you mention are offshore / shipbuilding materials for which you can find the chemical / mechanical requirements in the Rules for Materials of Lloyd’s Register. The code for A – E in front of the H has something to do with material production (des-oxidation) and the Charpy V impact test temperature and requirements.
