spatter in GMAW occured due to the globular  metal transfer during welding. set the welding parameters to achieve spray metal transfer otherwise use synergic power sourse for welding

Hi Weldexerts,

I am looking for ideas to eliminate spatters in GMAW welds using solid copper coated wire and argon85%,CO2. 15% gas. We weld 4000 pcs a day and spatter removal is a pain.
