My dear Ramulu, The date per se is not an essential variable! But any way, you will be in a position to write (or rewrite) an actual WPS only when the PQR qualification falls through. Then the WPS you work out takes in to consideration the ranges of parameters obtained during running of PQR. Please bear in mind that in production welding thereafter, you need to stick as closer to the lower end of these parameters as practicable. To answer your query, the date of the workable WPS will be after that of the PQR qualification only, logically speaking.
