M numbers are from AWS B2.1

There is no " M" number in AWS D1.1. you need to refer the Table 3.1
(prequalified materials list.)
And Group II will cover Group I & II. Follow the table 4.8.
You can take any one material from Group II ,Table 3.1.

as per table 4.5 essential variables..
in base metal, it says to refer table 4.8.
In table 4.8 it says about only group number.
if group number changes from one which is not qualified require
requalification.. ok.
My question is..
Its doesn't says about M.number. so m.no changes is not required
requalification of wps.
can we go with same WPS if g.no mets?
The above said is right or wrong..
