Hi,

  We spook about Procedure, we must qualify the procedure before speaking about Welders ability qualification.
According AWS D1.1, in our case, we must do a new PQR  because both GRII or GR III material don't cover combination GRII to GRIII.

AS per AWS, WPS is not possible..
in aws d1.1, table 4.12, group number & p number is not an essential
variable for welder qualification.
by this table its possible..
am i right..
if wrong correct me.
