                    You are fabricating piping as per which code? I dont think any code accepts 34mm length incomplete penetration except API even then I would suggest you to convince your production people and get it repair done.

 and we find 1mm or small visually seen porosity on surface of weld ,is need to repair or not? we can grind this but prodution  people not allowed, please explain
