01. If it is butt weld (AUTO TIG) range qualified shall be 1.5mm to 3.2mm (for WPS Diameter is not an Essential variable.you can use for both plate and Pipe)

02. But if it is a fillet weld (Orbit welding) tube to tube sheet and if your specimen as per QW462.4(d),there is no limit. it will be qualified for   "All fillet sizes on all base metal thicknesses and all diameters " as per QW452.3

I have a question that "  we have established AUTO TIG ( ORBITTAL ) WPS on 2"  OD x 1.6mm Wall Thickness on SS316L as per ASME 31.3 "    so now on this what will be the range  in terms of Wall Thickness and Tube OD.
