Please note that the vessel is completed only all the operations including hydrostatic test is completed.
Since HT is completed in 2011, year built shall be stamped as 2011 on the name plate.

Please be confirmed , I had one vessel and HT completed on 2011 , but we make it all the progress from design till fabrication at 2010 . so the name plate need to register 2010 or 2011.
Please give me references also in ASME ..
