Is it in HAZ? Refer the heat treatment cycle went as per the WPS requirment. How for the Cl. pore?

One joint we found some base metal defects[A sort cluster pore]which is slightly away from the weld metal.can we grind and check.please suggest what kind of corrective action to be taken with valid reasons.Also please let me know "DOS & DONT'S AFTER PWHT".
