Major difference is,in case of PSL1,impact is not mandatory and in case of PSL2,impact is mandatory at minimum 0 deg C.Further,in case of PSL2 there is a range of Yield Stress and Tensile Stress.In case of PSL1 there is minimum value of YS & TS
