You no need to re-qualify a new welding procedure. However, you should consider about GTAW deposit thickness limit which means "t". Section QW-451 specifies maximum 2t (not 2T) from t that is stated in your original procedure.
You may be receive other advice says to re-write a WPS.

Hi,
Your existing PQR used 2 process and now you want to use only on eprocess (GTAW). You should prepare another WPS from the same PQR.
