Dear Sampath,

one of the easiest way is to refer the related welding variable procedure specification requirements table. for example refer QW-253 for SMAW, which gives guidelines by referring the clause like QW 403.6...etc so ensure all the required parameters are mentioned in WPS. In addition you can refer forms QW 482 & QW 483. Which is the suggested format for WPS & PQR.
