Dear Asif,
               You can grind that portion leveld and be match with remaing seam profile from inside,if lack of penetration is not more and the joint is found sound in RT except penetration problem,also next time ensure Welding current,as main reason for lack of fusion is low current,so maintained the current as per WPS.
