Hi,
All filler metals tested by the filler metal manufacturer and coinfirm by the certificate and it will be reviewed by the purchaser(fabricator) as per the code.
I think you mis understood that you have to test the filler metal as per code.
You should review the the certificate with reference to the applicable code to confirm all properties are match with the code specifications.

A PQR 25 mm thk is get passed tension & bend as per Table 4.2
requirement of AWS D1.1
& is it must to consider Filler metal Test like.. chemical, impact, al
weld tensile which mentioned in Asme SEC 2 C.
when qualifying WPS by AWS D1.1?

What r test is enough to pass PQR, Base metal - A36
Thk - 25mm
Filler metal - E71T.

Pl advice on above.
