[MW:10383] WPS qualification from PQR

I have a PQR qualified with material API 5LX42 (Group1 to group1,P1 to P1 and SMAW process)
 
my question is;
 
can i qualify WPS of material A234 (group1 to group1,S1 to S1 and SMAW process ) with the same PQR?
While the chamical composition and mechanical properties of API 5LX42 and A234 are same.
 
please advise,
