[MW:10263] Welding repair of longitudinal seam in elbow

I recieved some of the elbows, having inedequate cross penetration in welding of longtudinal seam,     Please advise me on welding repair of longitudinal seam in elbow (28" dia,WPB,A 234), e.g. Can we do the welding rectification? What will be the procedure for rectification?   Regards, asif
