S275JR is a material steel plat with a minimum yield strenght of 275 mpa, but SA36 is a yild strength of mn 240 mpa. so sa 3 can not substitut the s275 steel but s275 can.
please note that if you want to replace s275 with sa36 a design calculation is required. for vice versa the des. calcs is not required.
