[MW:9905] Temperbead welding

Guys,
ASME SEC IX QW290 permits temperbead welding as an alternative method
to avoid heat traetment. I have few pipe joints which are internally
coated(sleeved internally to protect the weld area) and thk>20mm.
Material is A106 Gr-B and design pressure 3500 psig.Welding will be
downhand, by using E6010+7010)

Can I Qualify temper bead procedure and apply it??

Expert advise will be appreciated.

Thanks
Shaji
