[MW:9829] radio graphy welding

Hi I have a job for manufacturing where in a barrel of 250 od and thckness of 25 mm is to be welded with cap at one end and flange at other end  (pls see the schematic drg attached )

Two such crucibles are bolted together with M20 fine pitch bolts and the pressure in side is 100bar (test pressure)

The requirement is the welding has to be 100% defect free ( radiography )

I have machined the components and made a 600 V joint preparation at all the joints

We have planed to give a base (root) layer with 70s-2 with GTAW  then weld with E7018 3.15mm and then final welding by E7018 4mm

The root gap maintained is 2mm The job will be preheated up to 100digC and the electrodes will be baked

Please suggest whether any thing other than this required whether the root gap is ok

Any other valuable suggestions  are welcomed

    Thanking you all
