[MW:9748] replacing of RT by UT

Dear All
we have a distribution line that contain gasoline. now is there code case or other standards that allowed radiography replaced by ultrasonic. ( the size of pipe is 8'')
in ASME b31.8 the criteria of radiography is API1104, but it's not mentioned extent or replacing.
