No such restriction in B31.3, however you can be avoid it in case pipe to elbow (rotate the pipe). and in case of elbow to elbow just ensure that the welds are defect free. (you may ground flush the weld  and do 100% RT before joining them)

The material spec is super duplex UNS 32760.
Construction code is ASME B31.3.
Operating pressure is 16Bar.
We have bought the elbows and pipe material with the logitudinal weld seam.
During the fabrication we have faced with the problem on elbow to elbow and pipe to elbow welding. The problem is the manufacture weld seams are in the same line as indicated in the attached photos. Is it acceptable?
