What of the other binding clauses, such as F No. etc? It is one thing for WQT to use any test coupon (CS/SS) so long as you use the same electrodes/fillers as per the approved WPS but with a WPS qualified for CS material, this can hardly be viable.

yes you can welding on SS,IF Your welder is qualify with C.S, NOW LATEST ADDENDA OF 2011. IN ASME SEC-IX, WELDER IS QUALIFY FROM    P-N0-1 to P11,P34,P41 TO P49
PLEASE REFER TO ASME SEC-IX AS PER 2011 LATEST VERSON
 
AND ONE THING THAT P No IS CHANGE OF P91 MATERIAL BEFORE THAT THIS MATERIAL P-No is P5B, BUT NOW IS P15E
