AS PER SECTION IX QW 423, IF ONE WELDER QUALIFIED IN CARBON STEEL THAT
IS P1 HE CAN WELD METALS P1 THROUGH P11, P34 AND P41 THROUGH P49. OK
STAINLESS STEEL P NO. IS P8 SO HE CAN WELD .
