Hi,
 
Wash pass is a just fusion pass without addition of filler material. i t is recommended over at least one pass with filler (625 overlay etc)

Anybody know about wash pass.What material can use this technique and what effect of this.Can use for cladding(Inc 625),buttering(13.40) to base material F22?
