Dears:
Could you please tell me what can I do to solve this issue?:
1.- HV hardness requirement for X-60 1" wt pipeline girth welds: 248 HV
2.- Of 15 measurements one value reached 285 HV .
3.- The weld is under water righ now.
How can we solve this?, I think just to support, because we can't take the pipe out.
