Mr.Goswami, Thanks for your reply. Design code-API530. Const.Code - ASME Sec.VIII,Div.1/B31.3 Acc.to Con.Code,I have gone thru UHA44 and B31.3 regarding this case,i found B31.3 doesnt require any post heatreatment in this case as well as UHA44 of Sec.VIII,Div1 calculated Strain percentage is less than 10%.So doesnt need to do Post heat treatment. Actually API530 is a design code Thanks for your inputs.
Thanks & Regards,
(Karthik)

Mr. Karthik, What's the design code, API-530 or API-560? I browsed through both the documents(2002/2004 editions),API- 530 is more of a calculation/design guideline while 560 is looks to be a design and fabrication specification. Thanks. Pradip Goswami,P.Eng. Welding & Metallurgical Specialist & Consultant Dear All, Please give your views on below quirey. Material: SA213 TP304H- Tube-Dia-101.6x8.55mm Code: API530. The above material has sollution annealed at 1040 degree celsius from material manufacturer. We are going to make coiling of these tubes(Coil Dia-3.5Mx8M(height) ). Quirey: 01. Does sollution annealing to be done again after coiling of these tubes? because our customer asked us to do Sollution annealing after coiling.(they referred to ASME Sec.II-Part-A)Also our customer not aware of API530 requirements. Also I dont have API530 book. 02.Please give, is there is any requirement as per API530?
Thanks & Regards,
