Dear All,

Presently we have conducted a Destructive test-(All Weld Tensile Test) for a E6010 and E7010 electrode,in which the Elongation Value is 20.2 %and 20%, whereas the required value as per the specification is 22%.Kindly please tell me if this can be acceptable or any consideration can be given to this test value ?

Also kindly please tell me for carrying out Charpy V Impact Test for 10mm X 5mm X15 mm ,Specimen for X65 Grade material Pipe welded with E6010 and E7010-P1 what is the temperature it has to be tested.?

Kindly give your suggestions at your earliest..
