Go for Esab and the current range should be 70 to 90 amps for GTAW process and 60 to 80 for SMAW process.

We are going to weld 4 mm / 6 mm stainless steel plate.Filler wire dia is 2.4 mm and tungsten electrode dia is 1.6 mm.

 

for welding machine what should be the output current range and maximum continuous current at 100% duty cycle. please suggest me which welding machine is best for this application .

 

we are manufacturing this product in india.
