Dear Suresh

Welding aluminium is different from welding carbon steel .
YOu must have 4 weels with circular groove + liner in teflon
GMAW is the best because you will earn in time.
Better solution is to work with inverters machines with specail synergic
line for aluminium ( you can check www.fronius.com , they have special
aluminium machine TRANSPULSYNERGIC 2700 ALU EDITION)
