If you have a joint as shown below, you can weld with CS consumables and clad restroration by NiCrMo type. It depends on accessibility from the otherside

Dear all,

 

Please give me the welding consumables for the CS with Inconel 625 clad pipe joints weld.

 

For Inconel 625 we can use ER NiCrMo-3 and E NiCrMo-3. If we use fully with this electrode then the cost will be more.

 

Is there any alternative electrode we can use for filling and capping of CS in this CS with inconel 625 clad pipe joints.
