I agree with you, As far as I know IIW/ANB has no such provision, but you can request for clarification from your ANB whether you can make your own stamp? It is better if they can be made available for a fee (if not for free) from ANB's.

I am an IWE diploma holder and will like to know if an IWE Diploma holder
is entitled to a profesional seal (stamp). If yes, how do i go about it.

I am awaiting your response and feed back on this issue. The arguement in
favour of IWE stamp is that if TWI and AWS welding Inspectors can be
entitled to a professional seal, why not an IWE. I am also of the opinion
that IIW should do every thing possible to make the IIW diplomas more
attractive.
