Re: [MW:8518] UT or RT for LNG thanks

Hi

NDT requirements should be  clearly specified in client specification.
Shell requirement is 100% RT and 100% Tee and long seam.

Good morning for all,

This preocupation is for LNG thanks (120 000 m3 capacity).

As per the contract and procedure, the radiography test (RT) is
required. My contractor needs to do the ultrasonic test (UT).

My question is:
To do the ultrasonic test (UT) or the radiography test (RT)?

Tanks in advance and have a nice day.
