Dear Amit,
 
                 You can perform solution annealing(Full Annealing) at 1050 degree centigrade for 1hr/inch of base metal thickness followed by immediate

                  quenching in brine or oil.

i want to heat treat the SS304 and German steel weldments.
can anyone suggest the temperature of heat treatment such as annealing and quenching and tempering.
