pl advise,

I am Facing problem in SS304L welding,

The job requirement is,
Welding of SS304  12mm thk plates with SS308L filler wire i.e. TIG120 (GTAW only) in 3G position and the RT of the joint is as per sec III.

When I did welding, I found Clusters and Porosity in RT film, I did trials for the same on 200 mm length coupon with same thk base material and it found OK in RT.

Again I decided to weld job with puting same parameters as per mock up, But surprisingly in RT film again the same problem was observed i.e. clusters and porosity.

Please advise me hoe to minimise or reduce this problem.

Regards,
Mayur
