Ya the material range shall be as per QW 423, in this case please consider the F Number also. Because F.No. is a essential variable. Then dia also.

 According contractor the welder is qualified in (QW-402)P-No1 through 15F,P No34, & PNo.41 through PNo.49.
In my view ,material range should be as per QW423. Please correct me
