as far as i know there is no prob to paint at night,make sure that the
steel temp is min 3 degree celsius greater than the dew point and
relative humidity less than 80%(For inborganic Zinc RH can go upto
85%)this detail you can veryfy in SSPC/NACE/BGas, this is the common
requirement of painting & blasting activities
