[MW:8136] PWHT of Vessel with internal lining

Hi Friends,
We have one Benfield Carbon Filter in our Ammonia plant . This vessel
is in service for 10yrs which was PWHTed due to process reason.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Shell OD
8 Feet

Vessel Height (Orientation is Vertical)
8 Feet

Head material & thickness
Carbon Steel & 22.3mm

Shell material & thickness
Carbon Steel & 14.2mm

Inspection was carried out and found to be having severe pittings on
the shell and bottom head. Building up of these pitting is not
considered feasible. So as an alternative we are planning to put a
lining of inconel or incoloy material.

My query starts now.
If i weld the lining to the vessel, PWHT to be done. In that case

Q1) what will be the effect of PWHT temperature on these materials?

Q2) Is it allowed?

Q3) Will it lead to any cracking due to different thermal expansion?

Q4) Any other material we can suggest like SS? Which is the best material?

Kinldy let me know if you need any further information.
