To weld SS430(1.4016) with SS304(A2) use E309L electrodes with proper preheating. No PWHT is required.
For welding SS430(1.4016) with SS430 (1.4016), use E430 or E430Nb electrodes with proper preheating and PWHT.

Dear Sir,
You may use E309L / E310 L SMAW electrode for both the combinations
and do PWHT at 800 deg. C
or You may use GTAW with pulsing and use ER 309L / 310 L GTAW filler
wires.
