Hi,
There is no exact equivalent material for S355JR in ASME or ASTM.There are some equivalent in other standards are below.
 
S355JR equivalent to BS4360 - 50B/50C and DIN17100-St52-3.

I have a doubt in the statement below.
ASTM A572 Gr. 50- Not necessarily hot rolled fine grain, yield is 330N/Sq. mm
S355JR - Hot rolled fine grain steel, Yield is 355 N/Sq.mm
How then these two or equivalent?

Hi,  You are correct, Minimum refers to the one cycle for which this part will expose until final work shop PWHT. hence mill test certificate shall include this.  Max. SPWHT, refers to additional cycles of heat treatment that are reserved for future repairs during equipment lifetime.  Again, these simulated no.
