Dear Mr Alam,
 
The basic difference is
a)  Pipe is specified as Nominal Bore (NB) depending upon the schedule etc., the OD of the pipe varies.
b) Tube it is specified in OD here the Outer diameter is constant...example...used for heatexchangers.
