 Yes
Is there any mill certificate/Composition certificate available with GRV/GRE/GRP pipes from manufacturer?
 As per my knowledge, No.You can find labels with pipe number which is attached/laminated to the outside/inside pipe body. Manufacturer can easily change it according to their convenience !!!
Is the pipe material composition variying according to manufacturer?
 As per my knowledge,Yes. Resin ,Hardner,Glass mixture vary according to manufacturer.
Is there any world standard for GRE/GRV/GRP pipe material traceability?
 As per my knowledge,No.You can get recipes from the manufacturer.
Is it true that the debris coming out from GRE/GRV/GRP pipes during fabrication are highly dangerous to human health?
 Yes,the debris contains glass,which may harm human lungs and respiratory system if inhaled.
Is it true that the fumes coming out from resin and hardner during lamination are highly dangerous to human health?
 Yes,direct exposure to this fumes is dangerous.
