Hi,
HR-3 is a british standard nickel alloy,i.e BS HR-3.its a Nimonic alloy 105.

NIMONIC® alloy 105

Ni 54.0, Co 20.0, Cr 15.0, Mo 5.0, Al 4.7, Ti 1.3

An age-hardenable superalloy with increased

aluminum for improved oxidation-resistance and

strength, and high creep-rupture properties up to

around 1740°F (950°C).
Equivalent material:
SRDRW DIN 1614 BS 1448 HR2/HR3 ASTM A 570, ASTM A621 JIS G 3131 SPHD IS 1079 D/DD/EDD

Dear Mr. Ali,

There is a so called white cast Iron called HR, I don't know if this
is the material used in your boiler but this material is similar to
ASTM A319 Class D and application area of this material is for non
pressure containing parts at elevated temperatures so in my opinion
should be suitable for your application. There is also mentioned a
class III (could be 3 of your drawing).

Best Regards
