[MW:7578] Welding of grade 430 or 1.4016

Dear All

 

Is it possible to weld SS430(1.4016) with SS304(A2)  as well as SS430(1.4016) with SS430 (1.4016)

Please let me know, as after welding it gets brittle & breaks
