[MW:7372] Re: Interpass temperature during PQR

Dear Mr. Limesh

Normally the interpass temperature is measured before the next run /
layer is started and not in front of the root pass (here you need to
measure you're preheat temperature if applicable), this has nothing to
do with stretch length of electrode.
If you need 3 electrodes for one single run / layer than only
measuring in front of the first electrode will be enough for this
layer, of course when starting every next layer you need to measure it
as well and not only for the hot pass, but again not for every single
electrode .
