Hi, I said in this case with tube expansion with seal weld no need to do mockup test.still u want to do mockup then u use the actual tubesheet thickness plate with the tube and follow QW193. Thanks & regards. (Karthik)

Thanks for the reply but 1) I want to know where mock-up test are necessary & how it be done. 2) To maintain the tube expansion percentage how much torque is require. Size of Tube 19.05 OD X 1.651 thk Thk of tube sheet is 75 mm.

I have WPS qualify for plate( SA 240 TYPE 304 ) can i used for tube sheet ( SA 965 F 304L ) to tube joint with seal weld
& is it mandatory to do mock up for the same.
