Hi,
You can use the existing WPS for the proposed one,since the P.Number and Group number are same.For seal weld (Tube expansion+seal weld) no need mock-up test).
Tube expansion percentage:
Light Expansion - 3% to 5%
Heavy Expansion - 8% maximum.

I have WPS qualify for plate( SA 240 TYPE 304 ) can i used for tube sheet ( SA 965 F 304L ) to tube joint with seal weld
& is it mandatory to do mock up for the same.
What percentage of expansion is required for tube ( SA 249 TYPE 304 L ) material
Size- 19.05 OD X 1.951 thk
