Dear All,

Does any body know about NDT for brazing of copper alloy tubes.  Is there any standard.

We have to make x-ray or gamma-ray on the braze made joints. The tube is with 12mm thickness and Dia=60 mm.

1.) 11Cr Cb+11Cr Cb- 3.0mm thick/650-750 deg celcious, any of the following Process SMAW,FCAW,TIG,GMAW & Butt & FIllet both Qualification ( Pre heat, PWHT & Consumable ).
2.) SA 387 Gr.11 ( 6mm) + AISI 304( Rod dia.60) / 650-750 deg celcious

fillet weld Qualification -SMAW( Pre heat, PWHT & Consumable).
 bot shall be As per ASME SEC. IX
