You can refer AWS A 5.13 spec. E Fe3 electrode. Eventhough hardfacing spec. exists, many of the manufacturers are not mentioning their specs in their catelogues.
There are two type of hard facing electrodes one is Air hardening electrodes and another is work hardneing electrodes. You can refer this spec. for details.
