For item 1. You can use the product as per the attached leaflet.

For item 2,  You can try with E309 type consumables.

1.) 11Cr Cb+11Cr Cb- SMAW,FCAW,TIG,GMAW( Pre heat, PWHT & Consumable ).

2.) SA 387 Gr.11 + AISI 304-SMAW( Pre heat, PWHT & Consumable).
